The first time you connect to a remote server, your software may prompt you with the fingerprint hash of the remote server and ask you whether you want to connect. It's always a good idea to confirm the fingerprint hash with the owner of the remote server. We have published the fingerprint hashes of our public, external facing hosts on our website,
If your NoMachine client running on your local computer always prompts you to verify the host identification of the remote server when you connect, it is because the host key from the remote server is not listed in your $HOME/.ssh/known_hosts file of your local computer. The first time you connect to the remote server via SSH it will be added to your local known hosts, then your NX client will no longer ask you to verify the host key for every connection.
