I forgot my password - how do I change or reset it?

If you've forgotten your password to the Hoffman2 cluster, you may ask the account management software, System Identity Manager (SIM), to reset it.

To update your cluster password, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to the My Accounts page of System Identity Manager

2. In the topmost section, listed under your cluster username (e.g. 'jbruin'), click on 'Change the password for [your username] on the H2 cluster'
