$TMPDIR for interactive job on Hoffman2

Hi,

I want to test my scripts to use $TMPDIR. But if I run an interactive job, $TMPDIR is not defined.

Is this an expected behaviour?

A solution is to get an interactive session in the usual way and then issue:

. /u/local/bin/set_qrsh_env.sh

this command (do not forget the leading "." and the space before the script) will import in your sessions all the variables set up by the scheduler.
