SSH connection breaks - packet_write_wait/Broken pipe

If your connection to Hoffman2 breaks and you get this type of message:

packet_write_wait: Connection to ... port 22: Broken pipe

from a macOS, linux terminal or gitBASH shell issue:

echo -e "Host *\\nIPQoS=throughput" >> $HOME/.ssh/config
